Damaged or defective items
If upon receiving your order you find it to be faulty or defective in any way please contact us as soon as possible. We will then issue you with a returns number; this number must be included with a brief written explanation of the fault.
We recommend that returned items are sent by recorded mail as we will not be responsible for lost returns. Postage costs of returning an item to us will not be refunded.
Upon receiving the return we will then test it and if found to be faulty we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 working Days.
Due to credit card fraud attempts, for all first time orders of items totalling more than £75 paid by credit card we may choose only to ship to the credit card billing address. In most cases we will attempt to contact you by phone to confirm the validity of your purchase. Once we are satisfied that you are a valid customer we will continue to ship to the delivery address of your choice.
